Factory F — Taiwan Fasteners into North American Construction
An SGS-certified fastener factory with its own patents had relied on trade shows and distributors for years. For a new expansion-bolt launch, we ran a North America prospecting campaign — AI auto-segmented scaffolding rentals, general contractors, and materials distributors, each receiving outreach tuned to its exact value driver.
The traditional approach: Google "Canada scaffolding company," copy-paste a brochure to 200 firms, and pray. One reply — "not interested." We rebuilt the motion from scratch with the outbound AI track:
1. **Automatic buyer segmentation** — AI split the Canada + US lists into three segments: scaffolding rental companies, general contractors, and building-materials importers/distributors.
2. **Three value props running in parallel:**
- **Scaffolding rentals:** "These bolts are reusable 2–3 times, cutting your scaffold assembly cost."
- **Materials distributors:** "Direct from a Taiwan patented factory, SGS-certified — a strong fit for your product lineup."
- **General contractors:** "Certified high-stability fasteners that reduce rework and site safety risk."
3. **Low-friction CTA** — no product pitch at the bottom; just: "We have a free sample batch arriving in Canada in April. Reply with your shipping address, or add my WhatsApp for an installation video." Minimum commitment.
Within one month the first sample shipment went out, and inquiries came in from all three buyer segments.
